Description

Assists Manager - Operations on all matters including setup, dispatches, stock maintenance, equipment repairing & ensure smooth operations with zero-error

-Ensure Classroom setup support with ECM and Equipment– 50%:
-Ensures class room setup with all equipments, course materials in place in Mumbai
-Ensure timely On & Off campus classes support on course material and equipments with right packing, quality equipment supply and backup plan
-Regular / planned servicing of on shelf / spare equipment's for uninterrupted functioning.
-Regular check of Workroom equipment's for smooth functioning.
-Responsible for ensuring timely Mumbai campus team consumable needs
-Ensure Course materials maintenance – 20%:
-Maintains the Store room inventory, manages the stock, checks the quality and responsible for inward and outward of education course material
-Fortnightly ECM stock taking and working with IT tools in inventory management
-Quality check 5% of inward goods to identify flaws and report to immediate manager
-Store room optimization for best use of space.
Execute equipment maintenance learning skills – 20%:
-Maintain all Equipment including 150+ Microscope, UV Lamp, Polariscopes, Refractometers
-Responsible for repairing faulty microscopes and other faulty equipment and replacing on real time basis
-Work with lab team for learning new skills to identify and correct faulty
equipment's and bring them to working condition
-New equipment Learning – Desktop Spectroscope, Fiber optic light, New Polariscope

Miscellaneous – 10%
-Visits the Customs office for getting stone clearance
-Provides assistance in locating a lost stone

-Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.,)

-Follows defined procedures/guidelines to perform the job; requires minimal day-to-day instruction on routine tasks.
