Key Responsibilities

Support Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure

Monitor network, firewall, VPN, and security systems

Provide L1/L2 technical support

Manage backups, patching, and disaster recovery

Automate routine tasks using PowerShell/Bash

Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT documentation
