About the Role:

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 2+ Years in Client Facing Operations, or Corporate Sales, or talent acquisition, onboarding, or program coordination, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.

Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, or Human Resources.

Job Responsibilities:

l  Pedagogical Innovation- Introducing innovative teaching methodologies and strategies to enhance the learning experience, such as incorporating interactive learning tools, gamification, or adaptive learning technologies.

l  Connect and Synergize with Industry Experts- Connect and establish synergies with industry professionals to collaborate in the form of Masterclasses, Live Projects, & Guest Lectures.

l  Educational Research and Analysis- Conducting research on educational trends, learning methodologies, and industry best practices to inform the development of effective pedagogical strategies and content.

l  Student Engagement and Satisfaction- Monitoring and improving student engagement levels and satisfaction with the educational content and learning experience through feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives.

l  Host Special Industry Sessions & Live Project- Host online/offline special sessions and elevanting the learning experiences

l  Training and Development- Facilitating the training and development of educators and instructors, providing them with necessary industry resources to deliver high-quality teaching.
