Roles & Responsibilities:

1> Responsible for managing the overall website content for the designated sections based on specific business goals.

2> Lead, mentor and manage a team of content creators.

3> Assign tasks, set clear objectives, and provide guidance to ensure team members meet their individual and collective goals.

4> Review and edit content to maintain high quality, accuracy, and consistency.

5>Ensure that all content is error-free and optimized for search engines (SEO).

6> Your responsibilities will also include monitoring web traffic and metrics to ensure favourable results. 5>As a Team Lead, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented.

6> Conduct competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.

7>Develop and maintain a content calendar. Ensure the team's commitment to updating content on a pre-agreed cycle.

Requirements:

1>Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or any other field (Master's degree preferred).

2>Proven experience in content creation and management, with at least 2-3 years of experience as a Lead.

3> Strong understanding of SEO, content optimization and web traffic metrics

4>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills; Attention to detail & ability to multitask;

5> Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6>Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

7>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

8>Proficiency with content management systems (CMS).
