VM Associate - Pune & Chennai

Job Responsibilities

Main responsibility will be to ensure and upkeep the visual display standards in

allotted locations for the brand and to develop, train and empower the sales team in

visual merchandising.

● Ensuring timely campaign executions with all stores, prepare VM calendar

● Planning, Coordinating and executing new store setup

● Visiting and auditing store locations based on priority list

● Creating engaging product displays.

● Executing display changes and sharing before and after pictures

● Ensuring VM Standard is maintained across all sales counters in stores

● Highlighting queries and issues faced by store team

● Staff Training and developing them on visual aspect of the store

● Evaluating sales performance basis on display executed

● Coordinating among departments and locations

● Interaction with RMs and store managers on overall feedback

● Plan monthly travel calendar to cover locations as per priority list

● Share weekly pictures and feedback on locations visited

● To execute displays, as per design brief for festive displays

● Follow up with vendors for expenses and Plan the budget

Required skills

● Earned any Graduate/Post-graduate/Diploma degree must have flair in

visual merchandising

● Ability to apply VM theory and principles into creative displays as per

guidelines

● Demonstrated aptitude for understanding the nature of a VM problem,

and coming up with an incisive and effective solution

● An appreciation for fashion trends, art and aesthetics. Keen on fine arts

and crafts industry

● Must excel in communication skills both written and verbal

● A desire to learn and understand the importance and impact of visual

merchandising

● Proactive with the strong ability to prioritize and multitask

● Organizational skills and a great eye for detail is essential

● Works incredibly well under pressure and is highly aware of deadlines

● Exhibits objectivity and openness to others views
