PPC Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for multiple client accounts
• Own daily budget pacing, bid strategy, audience targeting, keyword/search-term hygiene, and campaign optimisation
• Coordinate conversion tracking with Technology using GA4, GTM, Google Ads tags, and Meta Pixel/CAPI requirements
• Work with Design and Content teams on creative briefs, ad-copy tests, and landing-page improvement opportunities
• Monitor core performance metrics including CPL/CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, impression share, frequency, and lead quality
• Prepare clear weekly/monthly performance summaries with actions, not just platform exports
• Maintain account hygiene, naming conventions, change logs, and QA before campaign launches Must-Have Skills / Screening
• Hands-VM working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding, targeting, attribution, and conversion tracking
• Able to interpret performance data and explain what action should be taken next
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for pacing, analysis, and reporting
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and budgets with high attention to detail

• Hands-on working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
