Reporting & SOW Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the master SOW delivery tracker across all clients
• Consolidate SEO, Paid Media, Social, and Technology data into one standardised monthly client report template
• Flag delayed or at-risk SOW items for internal review
• Work directly with Account Managers to keep client-facing numbers accurate and consistent

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Dashboard tool experience (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar)
• High attention to detail
• Experience reporting on Google Ads/Meta Ads/GA4 data specifically
