Social Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain monthly social media content calendars aligned to each client's objectives and brand voice
• Coordinate captions, static creatives, carousels, reels, stories, and campaign moments with Content and Design teams
• Schedule and publish content across relevant platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube where applicable
• Manage community responses, comments, DMs, escalation points, and basic online reputation hygiene
• Track platform trends and recommend relevant content formats without compromising brand consistency
• Prepare monthly organic social performance summaries covering reach, engagement, follower quality, top content, and next actions
• Manage multiple client calendars and approvals without missed posting dates

• Strong platform-native understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Good copy judgement and ability to write/edit concise social captions
• Organised content-calendar and approval-management skills
• Comfortable using social scheduling/publishing tools and platform insights
• Able to distinguish meaningful engagement from vanity metrics
• Basic Canva/Figma skills for quick adaptations or briefing creatives
• Hands-on experience with reels/short-form video coordination
• Experience with education, B2C, D2C, or founder-led brands
