Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations & Inventory
● Receive, inspect, and record inbound materials (raw/packing) on Material Receipt Notes
● Ensure proper storage location allocation, labelling, batch and expiry checks
● Support issue & dispatch of materials as per schedule and SOPs
● Conduct physical inventory counts / cycle counts and reconcile with system records
● Maintain accurate warehouse logbooks, records, and documentation
2. Compliance & Documentation
● Follow cGMP, SOPs, safety, and quality standards for pharmaceutical storage
● Maintain documentation for audits (internal, regulatory, external)
● Ensure FIFO / FEFO inventory practices, especially for expiry‑sensitive products
● Support physical stock verification and audit queries
3. Coordination & Communication
● Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality Assurance/Control, Engineering, and Production
● Assist in inventory forecasting and planning of materials
● Liaise with logistics teams for timely dispatch/transport arrangements
4. Warehouse Safety & Housekeeping
● Ensure clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse environment
● Execute housekeeping according to SOPs and safety norms
● Report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly
Requirements
Skills & Competencies
● Basic to intermediate knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
● Familiarity with ERP /Zoho
● Good understanding of cGMP, quality and safety practices in pharmaceutical warehousing
● Attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance‑first mindset
● Basic reading and writing skills (English preferred)
● Physically fit; able to lift light to medium loads
● Prior warehouse or pharma experience is an advantage
● Preferred male candidates only
● Candidates from nearby locations only (preferably within 5 kms)
