Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat conversations from customers

• Provide assistance and resolution to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Act as a liaison between the company and our customers, conveying information accurately and effectively

• Utilize active listening skills to understand and address customer needs and concerns

• Educate customers on our products, services, and promotions

• Identify and escalate complex or recurring issues to the relevant departments

• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

• Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Empathetic and patient, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

• Fluency in English and proficiency in local language(s) is a plus
