Today, the bulk of our products operate in the Impulse category. Our bestseller is DESi POPz; we sell more than 90 lakh POPz monthly. Our other categories include DESi Meetha, DESi Mints, and DESi Bytes. We have an integrated backend, i.e., we own the entire supply chain from sourcing to manufacturing.GO DESi aims to be a sustainable brand with the larger purpose of becoming a beacon for non-zero-sum capitalism, where all stakeholders win. Brief:We seek an experienced Senior Area Sales Manager who understands sales and distribution in the food industry and can expand sales in Bangalore.Job Responsibilities:Contribute to primary and secondary sales growth by expanding outlets and distributors.Launch new products and establish distribution channels for them.Lead and scale up the sales team to meet the larger market opportunity.Travel across assigned areas to support and train sales team members.Represent GO DESi in the market, with a comprehensive understanding of its product.

5+ years of experience in sales and managing a team. Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food. Experience in handling multiple customers and distributors. Experience working with sales software & ERP systems. Experience and connections across channels (GT, MT, ISS & Institutional Sales). Good knowledge of the assigned areas. Good knowledge of MS Excel for preparing reports.
