Junior HR Business Partner — Sales, Production & Operations Location: Bengaluru (RR Nagar) Reports to: VP – People & Culture Experience: 1–2 years CTC: Up to ₹7.5 LPA

About the roleGO DESi is a desi snacks brand scaling across general trade, modern trade and quick commerce, with in‐house manufacturing. Three functions carry that scale: Sales puts us on shelves, Production keeps supply reliable, and Operations gets the product from plant to platform on time.This role partners with all three. You'll work directly with their leaders on the people decisions that move their numbers — who they hire, why people leave, whether the shift or the shift‐out is staffed, and what it costs.

What you'll be measured on Sales-

• Territory coverage — vacant routes cost revenue. You own time‐to‐fill and quality of hire for SOs, ASMs and merchandisers
• Early attrition: diagnose why frontline hires leave in the first 90 days and fix what's fixable — manager quality, onboarding, incentive clarity
• Incentive and payout cycles landing clean, so field trust in HR stays intact

Production-

• Manpower availability against the production plan, including contract ramp for peak seasons
• A compliance‐clean plant — Factories Act, CLRA, ESI, PF. No surprises in an audit or inspection
• Shopfloor climate: grievances caught early, supervisors coached, disciplinary matters documented to hold up

Operations-

• Staffing warehouse, dispatch and last‐mile‐facing roles against volume forecasts — including festive and quick‐commerce spikes
• Contract and third‐party manpower governance at warehouse locations: headcount, wage compliance, vendor quality
• Attendance and shift discipline across sites where the workforce is transient and supervision is thin

Across all three-

• The monthly people view for business reviews — headcount, cost, vacancy, attrition — and the reading of it, not just the numbers
• Running the Momentum performance cycle for these functions and helping managers have honest conversations

What we're looking for

• MBA/PGDM in HR, or a graduate with 1–2 years HR generalist experience
• FMCG, retail, manufacturing, logistics or any frontline workforce exposure is a strong plus
• Strong Excel and comfort with data — you'll be asked to explain a trend, not just report it
• Working knowledge of Indian labour compliance, or the appetite to learn it fast
• Credibility with people who don't sit at desks — a plant supervisor, a warehouse in‐charge and an ASM should all take your call
• English and Kannada; Hindi a plus. Travel 4–6 days a month
