NPD Intern

We're looking for a passionate and proactive NPD Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students who are enthusiastic about product development, food innovation, and learning through hands-on work. You will work closely with the NPD Manager and support the team in developing exciting new DESi products. Support the day-to-day operations of the NPD Manager in product development activities. Assist in sample preparation, sensory evaluation, shelf-life, and stability testing. Aid in maintaining accurate documentation and tracking progress to meet project timelines. Contribute to regulatory compliance by helping ensure adherence to FSSAI, FDA, ISO, and labeling standards. Be actively involved in the trial and testing phases of new product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, and marketing) to ensure smooth development processes.

Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Food Science & Technology or Food Science & Engineering from reputed institutes.
