Operations Executive – Marketplace & Quick Commerce

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day coordination across Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms.The role focuses on ensuring smooth order processing, appointment planning, platform coordination, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Monitor and accept purchase orders (POs), shipment status, and platform requirements.
• Coordinate internally with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch readiness.
• Schedule and align delivery appointments as per platform purchase orders.
• Ensure timely booking of slots and adherence to platform timelines.
• Track pending appointments and resolve delays proactively.

Platform Coordination & Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for platform support teams.
• Raise and follow up on tickets related to operations, shipments, and discrepancies.
• Maintain clear communication with account managers and platform stakeholders.

GRN & Inbound Management

• Ensure timely completion of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes).
• Track inward shipments and reconcile discrepancies with platforms/warehouses.
• Maintain accurate records of completed and pending GRNs.

• Experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace, or quick commerce preferred.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards.
• Good communication and problem-solving ability.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
