Production Manager

We're hiring a hands-on Production Manager – FMCG to lead daily plant operations, ensure timely, quality-driven output, and drive process efficiency. You will be responsible for planning and executing production schedules, supervising shop floor teams, maintaining adherence to SOPs, coordinating with quality and R&D teams, ensuring FSSAI and GMP compliance, monitoring material consumption, coordinating with procurement and maintenance teams, minimizing production losses, tracking production metrics, preparing records, training team members on safety and GMP, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You should enjoy a dynamic environment where you own your work, take initiative, pitch in when needed, and are always up for trying new things and experimenting.
