Human Capital Management-Bengaluru-Associate-Data Analytics & Reporting

This Associate role is central to driving data-informed talent decisions across the organization. You will own the end-to-end delivery of People Analytics outputs - combining strong analytical craft with storytelling to translate HCM data into actionable insight for senior stakeholders, including Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads, Chiefs of Staff and the Executive Office. In line with the team's operating model, we are looking for someone who does more than produce reports - an owner who can frame the "why" behind a request, form and defend a point of view, and use AI as leverage while retaining ownership of judgement and outcomes.
