F&B EXECUTIVE

The F&B Executive will oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage services on campus, ensuring high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer service. The role demands a hands-on professional from the catering/hospitality industry with proven expertise in managing large-scale residential dining operations.

• Supervise the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages across dining facilities.
• Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards as per FSSAI and institutional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines and special menu requirements for students and staff.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management within the F&B team.
• Maintain quality control on food taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Address feedback and implement continuous improvements in service delivery.
• Support the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and guest services.
• Collaborate with the Accommodation and Housekeeping teams for smooth campus operations.
