Maintain and update the programme trackers and NetSuite OpenAir project schedule on a defined cadence, including action tracker, RAID log, issue log, dependency tracker, milestone tracker, workstream status inputs, weekly timesheet submission follow-up, manager approval tracking, milestone-linked task closure, and task end-date extensions based on approved project progress.

Follow up with internal Gorilla workstream owners to collect updates, close overdue actions, confirm milestone progress, and flag gaps to the PMO Lead before they become delivery risks.

Prepare the weekly reporting pack inputs by consolidating workstream updates, key achievements, upcoming activities, risks, issues, dependencies, overdue actions, and milestone movements.

Support meeting discipline by preparing agendas, recording minutes, capturing decisions, assigning action owners and due dates, and circulating outputs within agreed timelines.

Maintain document control discipline by ensuring programme documents, reports, trackers, approvals, and sign-offs are stored in the central repository with correct naming, versioning, ownership, and status.
Top 5 Key Skills Required:

Good project coordination experience in infrastructure, data centre, IT operations, network, hardware, or enterprise technology delivery environments.

Strong ability to maintain trackers and logs accurately, with attention to owners, dates, status, RAG, dependencies, risks, issues, and action closure. Proven experience working with third-party vendor, OEM.

Strong follow-up discipline with the ability to chase updates across multiple internal teams and escalate delays clearly to the PMO Lead.

Good reporting and documentation skills, especially in preparing weekly status packs, meeting minutes, action summaries, and milestone updates.

Working knowledge of PMO tools and methods, including RAID, action tracking, dependency tracking, milestone tracking, document control, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint reporting.
