About the Role

We are looking for a practical, hands-on AI Prompt Engineer who enjoys building real AI-powered applications—not just experimenting with prompts. This role involves working closely with developers and product teams to design prompts, connect them to applications, test AI outputs, and deploy working AI tools. If you enjoy using modern AI and developer tools to build useful products, this role will suit you well.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

1. Prompt Design & AI Interaction

• Write, test, and improve prompts for AI features such as chat, automation, and internal tools.
• Fine-tune AI responses to make them accurate, clear, and reliable.
• Experiment with different prompt styles based on project needs.

2. AI Application Support

• Help integrate AI prompts into web or internal applications.
• Work with developers to connect AI logic with APIs and workflows.
• Assist in building task-based AI flows and simple AI agents.

3. Testing, Debugging & Improvements

• Test AI outputs and identify issues like wrong answers or inconsistencies.
• Improve prompt performance through iteration and feedback.
• Ensure AI features work smoothly in real-world usage.

4. Basic Deployment & Setup Support

• Support hosting and deployment of AI applications.
• Help with setting up and managing cloud-based components such as databases and storage.
• Assist in maintaining project repositories and deployments.

5. Documentation & Collaboration

• Maintain simple documentation for prompts and AI workflows.
• Share best practices with team members.
• Collaborate closely with product, tech, and operations teams.

Requirements

Skills & Experience Required

Core Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in AI, programming, or application development.
• Hands-on experience working with AI tools or large language models (LLMs).
• Basic understanding of APIs, application flows, and backend concepts.
• Comfortable working in a team and iterating quickly.
• Exceptional Communication Skills (Written & Spoken)
• Knowledge & awareness of the on-going AI transformation, trends & practical use cases.

Tools & Experience That Will Be an Asset (Good to Have)

Experience with one or more of the following will be considered a strong plus:

AI & App-Building Tools

• Cursor, Vercel, Lovable, Base44, or similar platforms.
• Google AI Studio, Gemini Pro, Anti Gravity, Stitch, Opal

Hosting & Cloud Setup

• Deploying applications on cloud platforms.
• Setting up databases like Firebase or similar services.
• Understanding of basic backend services and authentication.

Developer Workflow Tools

• GitHub (version control and collaboration).
• NPM / package managers.
• CDN setup and basic performance optimization.

You don't need to know everything—but hands-on exposure to some of these tools is highly valued.
