Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of Industrial Mobility Products, tailoring presentations to client needs and use cases.
2. Engage with Customers: Build strong relationships by understanding client challenges, providing proactive support, and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
3. Gather and Align Requirements: Collaborate with clients to capture application needs and communicate them effectively to the Engineering team for customized solutions.
4. Act as Technical Liaison: Bridge communication between clients and Engineering, sharing feedback and technical insights to support product development.
5. Drive Growth & Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, contribute to sales planning, and identify opportunities to expand business.

Requirements

Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong technical aptitude with solid problem-solving abilities.
2. Communication & Languages: Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Hindi (multilingual preferred).
3. Collaboration & Presentation: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and deliver impactful presentations.
4. Sales & Business Development: Knowledge of lead generation techniques and modern sales practices.
5. Tools & Mobility: Familiarity with CRM software, data analytics tools, and collaboration platforms, with readiness to travel for business.

Expected Qualification:

1. BBA, MBA, or an equivalent degree in Business Development or a related field, completed within the last 18 months.
2. Minimum CGPA of 7.0 with no standing arrears.
3. Fresh graduates are eligible; candidates with up to 1 year of total experience may also apply.
