Graphics Designer

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Graphics Designer to design high-converting visuals for mobile app marketing, paid ads, ASO, and social media. The role focuses on designing creatives for various channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and App Store assets, with a strong emphasis on driving performance metrics like CTR, CVR, and installs. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure fast campaign execution and continuously optimize creatives based on data and A/B testing.

The ideal candidate understands how design impacts CTR, CVR, and installs, not just aesthetics. Responsibilities:Design static & animated creatives for Google Ads (UAC), Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other paid channelsCreate A/B test-ready ad variations and optimize creatives based on performance metricsDesign App Store & Play Store assets (screenshots, feature graphics, promo banners)Maintain brand consistency across all marketing visualsCollaborate with performance, ASO, product, and data teams for fast campaign execution
