UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for understanding project and business requirements, translating them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. They will design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to modern UI/UX standards. The role also involves conducting user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations to continuously improve product experiences. They will create, maintain, and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs. The candidate will iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing results, and user insights, and maintain proper design documentation and ensure smooth design handoffs using tools such as Figma, Zeplin, or similar platforms.
