UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for understanding project and business requirements and translating them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. They will design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to modern UI/UX standards. The role involves conducting user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations to continuously improve product experiences. The designer will create, maintain, and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components. They will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Iteration on designs based on feedback, usability testing results, and user insights will be a key responsibility. Proper design documentation and smooth design handoffs using tools such as Figma, Zeplin, or similar platforms are required. Familiarity with AI-based design tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Figma AI to accelerate ideation and visual exploration is desired. Solid understanding of core design principles including layout, spacing, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy is essential. Experience in designing responsive web and mobile interfaces is needed. Strong knowledge of user flow diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes is required.
