Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, Performance Marketing)
• Build and optimize automation workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, or APIs
• Create and Analyze campaign and workflow performance, and suggest improvements
• Draft high-quality communication for outreach, engagement, and follow-ups
• Research tools, growth tactics, and market trends to support strategic decisions
• Take ownership of Performance Marketing Campaign and experiment with new ideas
• Leverage AI Automations for Campaign Performance

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Technically inclined and quick to pick up new ai tools and platforms
• A natural problem-solver with a strong bias for action
• Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
• Self-starter with a startup mindset: hustle, adaptability, ownership
• Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
