**Job Title:**Associate Architect

**Location:**Pune, India - Work From Office

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman / Architectural Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience in handling USA-based architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing Construction Documents (CD Sets), Permit Sets, and Working Drawings, and be proficient in industry-standard software.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in architectural drafting/design.
• Proven experience working on USA projects.
• Strong knowledge of CD Sets, Permit Drawings, and Working Drawings.
• Proficiency in:
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with BIM coordination.
• Familiarity with US building codes (IBC, ADA, zoning regulations, etc.).
• Knowledge of rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, etc.).
• Experience working with remote/international teams
