Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Executive at Gulmohar Health Care Private Limited in Delhi. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, answering questions, and generating leads.

Roles and Responsibilities:

outbound calls: Making calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales

Inbound calls: Handling calls from customers with questions, complaints, or service needs

Customer needs: Identifying customer needs and providing solutions

Sales targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets

Product information: Explaining company products and services

Call records: Maintaining daily call records

Progress reports: Submitting daily progress reports

Market trends: Staying updated with market trends

Communication scripts: Following communication scripts when handling different topics

Requirements

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
