CA Qualifies/Semi Qualified/B.COM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional to support corporate accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. The candidate will work closely with finance, audit, taxation, and business teams to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

Accounts Reconciliation

• Conduct Bank, GL, Vendor, Customer, and Inter-company reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up for resolution.

Compliance & Audit

• Support statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Monitor customer receivables and payment collections.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and supporting documents.

ERP & Process Improvement

• Work on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
• Support implementation of accounting controls and best practices.

Requirements

We are looking for a Qualified CA or CA Fresher with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

Candidates who are Semi-Qualified CAs (CA Inter cleared) with relevant article ship or industry experience and sound knowledge of accounting and compliance processes are also encouraged to apply. Additionally,

B.Com graduates with 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Accounting, General Ledger (GL) Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Audit Support are eligible for this role.
