UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design modern, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces for our LMS platform and WordPress websites. The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to improve user experience, usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in LMS/dashboard design, responsive layouts, wireframing, user flows, design systems, and frontend collaboration with Angular.js development teams.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design modern and intuitive user interfaces for:

• LMS Admin Portal

• Learner Portal

• Dashboards & Reports

• WordPress Websites

• Mobile & Responsive Screens

• Create:

• Wireframes

• Mockups

• Interactive prototypes

• User flows

• Component libraries

• Design systems

Tailwind CSS Based Design

• Design reusable UI components aligned with Tailwind CSS standards

• Maintain spacing, typography, color, and responsive consistency

• Collaborate with developers for Tailwind-compatible designs

• Ensure scalable and clean UI architecture

User Experience (UX)

• Understand business and learner workflows

• Improve usability and user engagement

• Suggest UX improvements for existing LMS screens

• Ensure smooth navigation and responsive experience

Frontend Collaboration

• Work closely with Angular.js developers

• Support developers with design handoff and UI specifications

• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation

• Coordinate with QA teams for UI validation

WordPress Website Design

• Design corporate website pages and landing pages

• Create responsive website layouts and banners

• Improve UI consistency and branding
