Role Overview

We are looking for a

Creative Writer

who excels at storytelling for digital platforms and can collaborate closely with video, content, and production teams. This role requires a strong understanding of audience psychology, content formats, and narrative-driven writing—especially in the health and fitness space.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and script 30+ short-form videos per month from scratch, ensuring strong hooks, clear storytelling, consistent tone, and seamless flow aligned with brand objectives.

Contribute

creative concepts and story ideas

for ongoing and new content formats

Collaborate with and

coordinate closely with videographers

for shoot planning, script execution, and creative direction

Finalize

titles, captions, and on-screen text

to maximise engagement and retention

Ensure content aligns with brand voice, platform guidelines, and audience expectations

Own and manage Habuild's social media platforms ( Facebook / Instagram / YouTube).

What We're Looking For

Minimum

3 - 5 years of experience

as a creative/content writer (digital-first experience preferred)

Strong understanding of

health, fitness, or wellness content

Ability to write with

clarity, emotion, and intent

, adapting tone across formats

Comfort with

video-led storytelling

(YouTube, Reels, Shorts, etc.)

Strong sense of

formats, hooks, and audience engagement

Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with video and content teams.

Ensure content execution is

aligned with the content calendar

, with scripts finalized and ready at least

3 days prior to shoots

for smooth production planning.

latest content trends

and demonstrate a proactive approach in contributing fresh ideas and creative inputs.
