This is a high-impact role that will define quality standards, build automation ecosystems, and elevate engineering craftsmanship across our web and mobile product suite.You will take full ownership of ensuring that every user enjoys a seamless, reliable, and delightful experience powered by high-quality releases.Key Responsibilities1. Quality OwnershipEnsure consistent, reliable and high-quality user experiences across all Habuild products.Set and uphold engineering-wide quality standards.2. Automation FirstBuild, scale, and maintain automation frameworks for both web and mobile platforms.Integrate AI-assisted tools to speed up testing and reduce manual effort.Improve and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable releases.3. Metrics & SDLC ExcellenceDefine and track critical KPIs for product quality, release reliability, and developer productivity.Continuously refine the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to improve both speed and stability.4. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to validate features, ensure requirement coverage, and deliver high-quality releases.Detect, document, and escalate issues proactively.5.
