Sessions Ops Lead

Own the end-to-end execution of Habuild's live sessions and post-production quality. You will lead a team of 15 and ensure smooth daily live operations, stable studios and streams, efficient content workflows, engaged WhatsApp communities, and clean, reliable data for decision-making.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who stays calm under pressure, is confident with tech, demonstrates strong leadership, and is obsessed with reliability and quality.

Demonstrated ability in live session support (Zoom, OBS, VoiceMeeter, StreamYard or similar software/Tool) and/or video post-production. Comfort with Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Drive), and familiarity with basic editing software (Canva, DaVinci, Adobe, Photopia, etc.). Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to give and receive peer feedback. Willingness to support cross-team tasks comes from all other departments, work holidays if needed, and handle shifting priorities. Curious to learn new tools (like voice-to-text, analytics, automation software).
