Associate/Sr. Associate: Inside Sales

HappyLocate is hiring for Inside Sales Associates looking for candidates who are passionate about Sales, Confident, Energetic & Strong Sales Aptitude.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

1. Handle customer inquiries via Telephone, Live Chat & and by Email.

2. Manage end-to-end customer life cycle: from customer on-boarding to post-service engagement with customers.

3. Coordinating with vendors to ensure quality service to customers.

4. Manage escalated service concerns received from customers.

5. Provide customers with product and service information.

6. Identify and escalate priority issues.

7. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

8. Responsible for end-to-end lead conversion.

Qualifications

-At least 0.6 of sales experience

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Conversational at Hindi Speaking

• Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
