Consultant – Total Refractory Management Services (TRMS)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for TRMS order generation for Ladles and Electric Arc Furnaces (EAF).
• Conduct regular technical training sessions to enhance the capabilities of the sales and technical teams.
• Undertake customer visits, as requested by the Sales team and with prior approval from the Sales
• Director (SD), to provide technical guidance and support.
• Identify and implement product and cost optimization opportunities to improve customer value and business profitability.
• Participate in failure analysis discussions and recommend appropriate technical solutions and corrective actions.
• Support business development initiatives through technical expertise, customer engagement, and identification of growth opportunities.
• Provide technical consultation and recommendations on TRMS-related matters as required by the business.
• Perform any other responsibilities related to TRMS and business development as assigned by the Director – Iron & Steel Sales.
