Supervisor - FGS

• Inventory Management:

  • Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished  goods.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies as per SOP

• Manpower  Management:

  • Supervising warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, training, and evaluating performance.
  • Ensuring that safety and operational standards are followed by all warehouse personnel.
  • Motivating the team to meet operational targets and deadlines.

• Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinating  outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
  • cordiantion  with Logitis  and supply chain teams to meet delivery schedules.
  • Overseeing order fulfillment processes and ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched correctly.
