HDW_Feeder Shop_110 (1058) - Paint Shop

1. In-depth knowledge and high degree of proficiency in PT lines, Liquid Paint, Powder Technology.
2. Exposure to operation of paint, powder coating shop on aluminum sheet metal and die casted components and able to handle a team of 150~200 contractual operators in paint shop
3. Exposure to operation of paint, powder coating shop on aluminum sheet metal and die casted components.
4. Should have good understanding on operating and preventive maintenance of paint shop equipment such as gun, bell, conveyors, booth, burners etc.
5. Exposure to problem solving techniques such as 7 QC tools, 8-D and should be able to drive paint shop team towards Quality.
6. Should have ability to drive cost reduction activity in paint shop for paint consumption, rejection and rework cost.
7. He should be having degree/diploma in mechanical/production engineering with specialization in paint technology or should have attained high proficiency in Paint technology through working experience.
8. He should have worked in either Automotive Industry of Fan Industry of Repute.
