Job Title: Deputy Manager-Manager , Professional Lighting   Sales _ Delhi _Branch

Job Description:  Segment Vertical – Public & Infra ( B2G) Preferably .

Positions   : 2  Nos (In lieu Of Anirudha & other for Meeting Contingency as We Expect one More fall out of Resource from Delhi Branch)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Expertise:  Minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience in B2G  (Lighting Division /Building Segment Vertical only) sales to drive revenue growth and establish strong business relationships.

2. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value of Havells' electrical and electronics products to all Stakeholders in Business Value Chain. 

3. Independent Contributor Role :Should have Proven Track Record of Independently Managing an Assigned Territory & Exhibits leadership abilities by managing and motivating Channel sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

4. Industry Network: Utilize his existing network to foster connections with B2G (Govt. & PSU's) End Customers, Architects, Electrical Consultants, PMC's , Electrical & EPC Contractors, & CP's.

5. Team Player : Should be a Constructive Team Player & Believe in Fostering Cohesive Working .

6.  Location: The position is based out at Delhi Branch , providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Havells in Geographical Spread of Delhi-NCR.

**Qualifications:**

• 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B/B2G (lighting division/Building Material only) sales,

• Having MBA or equivalent degree if its B. Tech or B.Arch with MBA is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record in team management.

• Existing network and connections with B2G Customers , Architects Consultants , PMC's , PSU's  , CP's Etc.

• Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
