JOB INFORMATION JOB TITLE: Level I - Product Analyst General Position Information Reports directly to (Title): Manager Matrix reports to (Title): As applicable based on functional alignment Direct Reports: Individual Contributor JOB INFORMATION JOB TITLE: Level I - Product Analyst JOB PURPOSE Product Analyst focused on providing subject matter expertise on the Care Management products including their functionality and utilization, collaborating with project teams and business partners to meet ITG project objectives. This position will provide subject matter expertise to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives according to the CSG/OSG/Sarah Cannon objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to establish effective working relationships and manage multiple priorities. This includes discussions and collaborating with other project team members to design functional product details and changes, identify and escalate project issues, and ultimately ensure product requirements are met. The candidate will provide hands-on expertise to independently resolve service delivery or functionality issues with the enterprise care management system, frequently communicating with the project team members, support resources, other supporting external vendors, and end users. This position requires a continual development in the understanding of care management, by maintaining strong relationships with business partners and product users. The ideal candidate for this position has an IT product development background with well-developed communication skills. Pega care management experience is preferred. JOB SPECIFICATIONS QUALIFICATION Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related fields YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES SENIOR PRODUCT ANALYST (2-4 Years Experience) Key Responsibilities · Experience working with Azure Dev ops, Jira, confluence, ServiceNow. · Serves as a liaison between the business and technical teams and builds a strong network of relationships with various stakeholder groups. · Understands application infrastructure to facilitate support activates and system maintenance · Responds quickly to business stakeholder questions and concerns. · Identifies impact on other solutions or projects and works with other product analysts and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations. Required Skills & Experience · Adept SQL writing and understanding of database concepts · Responsible for Stakeholder Management, Requirement gathering, Requirement Elicitation, wireframing, managing product backlog & user story, User acceptance testing. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred; AWS or Azure experience also considered). Experience with API Gateways, service mesh technologies, and enterprise integration patterns. Security & Compliance: · Ensure applications meet security standards and best practices. · Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and enforce compliance requirements. · Adhere to data protection protocols like HIPAA. TECHNICAL SKILLS MUST TO HAVE SKILLS Requirements Documentation: Translate complex business needs into detailed BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Use Cases to align stakeholders and technical teams Platform Orchestration: Manage project lifecycles, backlogs, and centralized documentation using Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence Workflow Optimization: Audit existing software and product gaps to streamline operational workflows and drive continuous system enhancements Enterprise Analytics: Design and maintain standardized dashboards and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making Agile Coordination: Facilitate Scrum processes and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the timely execution of project deliverables . GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS Advanced Data Reporting : Utilize Advanced SQL and stored procedures to generate complex reports and perform deep-dive data analysis. System Implementation: Lead end-to-end system configurations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and organization-wide training for new rollouts. Tier 2 Troubleshooting: Provide high-level technical support and process improvements to resolve system issues and enhance service delivery.
