JD Requirement: VR Content Developer / VR Simulation Creator 🔹 Number of Positions Total Open Positions: 10 🔹 Role Overview This role is focused on VR Content Development, not software development. The platform is already created at Applied. Candidate will work on drag-and-drop VR simulation creation using existing tools. Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Clarify Design Requirements, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives And Customer Needs While Utilizing Tools Like Adobe Creative Suite And Sketch.

2. Create And Refine Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Designs Using Figma And Invision To Validate Design Decisions And Gather Feedback From Users And Stakeholders.

3. Mentor Junior Designers By Providing Guidance, Leading Training Sessions, And Developing Documentation To Share Knowledge And Enhance Team Skills In Visual Communication Design.

4. Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers And Product Managers, To Ensure That Design Concepts Are Effectively Integrated Into The Overall Project Goals Using Tools Like Trello And Jira For Project Management.

5. Partner With Quality Assurance Teams To Establish Design Quality Standards And Conduct Design Reviews, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs That Meet User Expectations.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Visual Communication Design Principles And Techniques.
