R&D Regulatory Affairs Technology Support Engineer responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining technology solutions that enable Pharmaceutical Research & Development (R&D), Regulatory Affairs, and related business functions. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT managers, architects, application support teams, and Corporate IT organizations to deliver secure, scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions that accelerate regulatory submissions and support critical R&D processes. Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements
Install, configure, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications, APIs, and integrations supporting R&D and Regulatory Affairs business processes. • Support integrations across R&D platforms, regulatory systems, data platforms, external SaaS applications, and cloud-based solutions. • Perform software installation, upgrades, and maintenance on Windows and Linux servers as well as end-user devices. • Monitor application performance and ensure platform stability, availability, and reliability.
Other Requirements
Administer and support Windows and Linux server environments. • Manage software configurations, deployments, and system updates. • Provide support for Citrix and Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environments. • Troubleshoot complex production issues related to operating systems, networking, security, and application infrastructure.
