Field Project Manager

With a broad range of resources to meet different levels and needs, the Institute offers meditation, relaxation, leadership, well-being, and lifestyle programs to individuals around the world. Base Location Ratlam or Satna (MP) - 2 PositionsAhmedabad or any city (GJ) - 2 PositionsJaipur or any city (RJ) - 2 Positions Responsible for end-to-end execution of "Forests by Heartfulness" plantation projects acrossthe state. This requires skills pertaining to understanding the plantation design and executing itend-to-end including site survey, land preparation, irrigation setup, sapling logistics andplanting, nutrient management, and post plantation care. It is a state-level role and candidates will need to manage 2-3 simultaneous projects within thestate. Will involve traveling and staying at plantation sites.

Genuine interest in working with nature, afforestation, enhancing biodiversity. Education level: Any Bachelor's degree. A qualification in Forestry, Agriculture, Civil Engg.will be a plus. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in plantation work or civil Engg. Any priorexperience in forestry, ecosystem restoration, integrated watershed management will be a plus. Specific skills: Reasonable fluency in English & Hindi both verbal & written, MS Office skills, must speak local language of the state.
