Job Description – Finance Executive / Financial Analyst Job Title: Finance Executive / Financial Analyst Experience: 1–3 years Qualification: MBA – Finance / PGDM – Finance Location: Kanha Shanti Vanam Employment Type: Full‐time We are looking for a detail‐oriented and analytical Finance Executive / Financial Analyst with an MBA in Finance and 1+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting support, reconciliations, and providing insights to support business and management decisions. Key Responsibilities-

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial metrics.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closing activities.
• Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts, Sales, Operations, and HR for financial data and reporting.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.
• Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to improve financial efficiency.

Required Skills-

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and accounting fundamentals.
• Good understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial ratios.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar is an advantage.
• Power BI knowledge would be an added advantage.

• MBA/PGDM in Finance from a recognized institution.
• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, MIS, FP&A, Accounts, or related roles.
• Candidates with strong Excel and analytical skills will be preferred.
