Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media posts, banners, and other digital content.
• Develop visually appealing and consistent branding elements that align with Heartfulness values and aesthetics.
• Design infographics, presentations, and other visual content to effectively communicate messages to our audience.

2. Video Editing:

• Edit video content for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality production and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Add effects, graphics, and music to enhance video content.
• Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and accessibility.

3. Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and content calendars.
• Write and edit captions, posts, and other copy to ensure clarity and engagement.

4. Social Media Management: Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing, communications, and other relevant teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, video editing, and social media marketing.

Qualifications:

• Video Editing Experience (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Exceptional color grading skills
• Basics understanding of media production processes
• Versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
• Impeccable grammar • Team player
