Horticulture Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of horticulture maintenance activities.
• Effective deployment and supervision of site manpower.
• Supervision of lawn, shrub, ground cover and tree maintenance.
• Pruning, weeding, fertilization and plant protection activities.
• Irrigation system monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintaining daily attendance, work records and site reports.
• Coordination with Horticulture Manager and client representatives.
• Ensuring quality, safety and housekeeping standards at site.
• Knowledge of Development activities.

Preference may be given to candidates having experience in:

• Diploma / B.Sc. Agriculture / Horticulture or equivalent.
• Industrial / corporate landscape maintenance.
• Large-scale horticulture projects.
• Organic farming and farm management.
• Fruits & vegetable production.
• Nursery management.
• Irrigation and fertigation.
• Plant protection and soil/nutrient management.
• Manpower handling and site supervision.
• Landscape /Forest/Orchard Development.
• Good Communication skills.
