Roles & Responsibilities: Data Entry & Migration:Implement data quality control measures to ensure accurate data migration into My Class Board.Use data mapping techniques for precise data set transfers.Maintain detailed documentation of data migration activities for auditing. System Analysis & Configuration:Engage in system analysis workshops to document business requirements and workflows.Assist in creating user interface mockups and functional specifications for ERP system enhancements.Perform basic system configuration tasks as per senior team members' guidance. Testing & Training Support:Execute test scripts and accurately document results to assure system functionality.Provide basic support during user training sessions, clarifying system functionalities.Proactively report potential issues encountered during testing and training phases. Collaboration & Communication:Ensure clear communication with project managers, business users, and IT team members.Offer insights and suggestions in team discussions and meetings. Support colleagues in collaborative efforts to meet project goals.

Bachelor's degree Information Technology /Computer Science or in any relevant field. At least 1 year of experience in data entry or related field preferred. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and reporting.
