With a broad range of resources to meet different levels and needs, the Institute offers meditation, relaxation, leadership, well-being, and lifestyle programs to individuals around the world.As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in leading the design and execution of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and construction professionals to translate vision into reality while ensuring quality, functionality, and adherence to project requirements.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning and Concept Development - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints.- Lead the development of project concepts, design proposals, and architectural solutions that meet client needs and align with project objectives.- Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and integrate innovative technologies and sustainable practices.2. Architectural Design and Documentation - Create comprehensive architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.- Coordinate with internal design teams and external consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and other systems into the architectural design.- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards throughout the design process.3. Project Management and Coordination - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to coordinate project activities and resolve issues as they arise.- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, address construction-related issues, and ensure compliance with design intent.4.Quality Assurance and Documentation - Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.- Conduct quality control reviews of work produced by internal design teams and external consultants to maintain high standards of design excellence.- Maintain organized project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and project files, to support project documentation and record-keeping.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Professional licensure (Registered Architect) preferred.
