Vegetables Farm Supervisor

The role involves hands-on farming and worker management on a large land (50+ acres), growing various vegetable crops including Solanaceous and Cucurbit varieties, managing irrigation, nutrition, pest and disease management, crop scheduling, staggered sowing, post-harvest handling and distribution of vegetables. Knowledge of crop duration, sowing period, vegetable maturity, and harvesting at the right time is required.
