Label Ops specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

• Assist in the execution of labeling projects by managing the operational requirements efficiently. Work to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with company standards.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between internal teams (such as Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain) and external partners or third-party agencies. Facilitate communication to keep projects aligned and on schedule.

Data Management:

• Maintain and manage labeling data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms. Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide insights that can improve the efficiency of label operations.

Documentation:

• Maintain thorough records of labeling activities, including approvals, revisions, and communications. Ensure that all documentation is up to date and easily accessible for audits or reviews.

Task Execution:

• Follow up on assigned tasks, ensuring completion and adherence to project timelines. Support the team in preparing and submitting documentation to meet regulatory and quality standards.

Report Publishing:

• Prepare and publish regular reports on labeling activities, project status, and performance metrics. Ensure reports are accurate, up to date, and distributed to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
