HR and Marketing

We are looking to hire a confident and dynamic female HR & marketing manager.

This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional who is passionate about  people  management, partner communication, and marketing activities. The candidate will manage HR functions while also supporting marketing, partner collaboration, and client presentations, acting as a key communication bridge for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with partners for collaboration opportunities

2. Interact with end clients to understand requirements and pitch company services

3. Support lead generation and follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings

4. Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and business development activities

5. Represent the company professionally during calls and meetings

6. Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.

7. Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records

8. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

9. Support employee engagement activities and internal communication

10. Assist in maintaining HR policies and documentation

Requirements

1. Graduate/MBA (HR)/marketing/business administration.  
2. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
   3. Willingness to handle both HR and marketing operations.
3. Strong confidence, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable speaking with partners and clients over calls and meetings.
5. Basic knowledge of MS excel will be  plus .
