API Business operations - US

•Arranging of samples to customers as per requirements by coordinating with various departments such as QA, QC, R&D, production. PPIC.

• Drive the conversion of provided samples into successful business opportunities through effective communication and follow-up.

•Maintaining of up-to-date samples record

•Initiation of CDA, GQP and service agreements as per the requirement of customers.

•Timely collection of Payments from customers and Co-ordinate with Finance about any discrepancies/Variance received, and any issuance of credit note to customers.

•Monitor vendor/supplier audits as per customer request and follow-up for closure of audit reports to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Should be from technical  with M.SC, MBA
