Direct Taxation - Income Tax Litigation compliance

Job Title: Senior Officer – Direct Taxation
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Income Tax notices, assessments, submissions, and litigation-related compliance.
• Prepare responses and collate supporting documents from Books of Accounts.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Accounts, Marketing, RA, HR, Compliance, AP, AR, and Overseas Finance teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required information.
• Maintain records of Income Tax notices, submissions, and compliance activities.
• Support Direct Tax compliance and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Direct Taxation and Income Tax Litigation.
• Exposure to handling Income Tax notices and submissions.
• Good understanding of Books of Accounts.
• SAP familiarity preferred.
• Good MS Excel, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Qualification:

CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com or relevant Finance & Taxation qualification.
